Just moved in and am extremely happy so far! Special highlight to Sherikaye Leasing Manager, who was amazing while touring apartments, showcasing options, and clearing any doubts. During the application process, she was very helpful and went out of her way to meet our needs. The day of the move in went very smoothly, my best move-in experience so far! Happy to be living at Van Ness.

We have lived at Van Ness for almost 3 years and we have absolutely loved our experience living here during this time. The building is very sleek, modern and well kept, and the common are constantly maintained and cleaned. The management is very on top of service requests, and they always answer them within 24 hours. We also love that this building is dog friendly, and the location is super convenient within Boston, being right next to Longwood, Back Bay, Fenway Park, the Green Line and commuter rail, and the turnpike. We highly recommend this building for anyone looking for a centrally located apartment in Boston.

Extremely happy with living here! I looked at several places in the area, and ended up specifically seeking out this place after taking a tour. The facilities are beautiful, perfectly located noise from Fenway park is not an issue, and I love of course living above Target. Apartment hunting and lease signing along with the move in process were all as seamless as can be. General staff and concierge staff are amazing and so friendly. Special thanks to Mrs. Campbell who went above and beyond to help every step of the way and is a great Manager. So glad to call Van Ness home!

PIERCE provides window cleaning and exterior maintenance services to the Van Ness. We absolutely love working with these managers and the entire Samuels team! They put so much care into their properties, and making sure everything is perfect for the residents. They are easy to work with and fun to be around. The property is beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location to access all the city has to offer. We're grateful for our partnership with Van Ness and Samuels!

A great apartment located in Fenway, Boston! The apartment room is large and neat, easy to manage. The life is very convenient here with Target, Sephora and many restaurants nearby. It is pet-friendly and my cat loves here! My move-in was also nice and smooth thanks to Sherikaye Campbell. She is very responsible and helpful by answering all my needs. In conclusion: a great apartment in Boston!

The whole process of renting van ness was very enjoyable and efficient. Especially my rental agent Sherikaye is responsible, careful, patient and efficient. My connection with Sherikaye was perfect, she always answered my questions quickly and accurately, and helped me signed the contract in a very effective way. Sherikaye is indeed a 5 star agent! When I checked in, I found the front desk service is very warm and everyone is so considerate. All in all, I am looking forward to my new life here!

Excellent experience here! Would 100% recommend. Beautiful place, great amenities open as much as possible during the pandemic and the concierge team was second to none! Friendly, always available, knowing every resident by name, holding the door whenever you went in and out. They were absolutely amazing!
