Prices were the same as the local dealers in Ann Arbor and Chelsea. Thought they would be cheaper being a big chain.  Salesperson could not answer basic questions on the appliances we were looking without going to a computer to look up info.  Nice showroom though.

The service at Ferguson has been terrific - I have purchased from them for 5 bathrooms and a kitchen.  They are very friendly and beyond the showroom, email communication has been great.  They can get you virtually anything you need and delivery was never more than 1-2 days.  I would definitely recommend them.

One visit. One visit is all it takes.  Confusing displays, little brand differentiation, unclear layout and impossibly cold and poor sales force assistance.
