Ferraro Foods Inc

This place is shameful. Mr. Ferraro, with all due respect. All of your office staff would be FIRED if I was an office manager here. Nobody in your office moves with a sense of urgency. It's too paid back and everyone is joking around. I did at your window today in front of the receiving office for over 30 minutes at one point. 45 minutes in total during my visit. Not one person in the office asked me if I needed help. The girl that attended the window is overburdened and needs an is an assistant. This is unacceptable. It's also common sense to not leave anyone standing at the window that long. I'm sure you're a respectable man and business savvy. If that's true, hire yourself an office manager that can motivate little to do their jobs faster. The warehouse guys are okay but you're also understaffed here too. Any truck in a bay more than 1.5 hours is not helping anyone in our industry. Hopefully, you'll take this as constructive criticism and not offensive. After all, that is not my intention. Horrible company. very long unload. girl receiver unhappy with life. It is necessary to wait at least 15 minutes for her to come to the window

Just be ready for long unloading this place is a joke atleast 4 hours ot is gonna take them to unload truck
