Security guards were most helpful & that was the highlight of this entire experience. The girls up front are lucky I'm not an office manager manager here. They'd be on unemployment as of yesterday with those attitudes. Not necessary when drivers were friendly in front of me. Also not necessary to me as I treat everyone with respect. The wait here is ridiculous as well. I'm surprised anyone orders from these clowns at this location. I'll be sending corporate an official letter after this one. I recorded some of that attitude on my go pro. I'm also going to uploading it to social media to show how receivers are treating drivers. I also witnessed a dock worker ASK A US FOODS DRIVER if he could relocate his truck from a dock because he needed the door. The driver grew offended for NO REASON AT ALL and to his friends stated, "now he's going to wait. He had an attitude". Thanks schmuck, another driver could be unloaded but because you're too soft in your feelings, you want to hold up another driver that had ZERO to do with the situation? I'm hoping to send this footage to corporate. Everything at this location needs addressing. Real mature attitudes all around this business. I'd fire ALL OF THESE IDIOTS IN A HEARTBEAT except security!

Terrible delivery. Trucks deliver defrosted frozen items or don’t show up at all. Not worth the loss in business they’ll force on you.

Been picking up from there weekly for about 5 weeks now. used to do this weekly for several years, those guys made sure I was loaded and out quickly, as I had 8+ hour drive. These guys, ( all new people ), make little to no effort, act like I'm bothering them, complain about having to shuffle a pallets. Night shift manager cannot be reached ? I have his phone (s), he refuses to answer. Took 3 hours to load 3 pallets that were already pulled when I arrived. Other times it's taken 4,5 ,6 hours to get loaded

My experience delivering here was good. I like the lady with piercing in receiving. Seems like a really fun and happy person. It took about 20 minutes to get a door then an hour and a half to be unloaded and I was out of there. Very happy!

The people I've dealt with here on my many trips here have been pleasant. Good environment but sometimes it can be a long wait.
