Fibercare Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

We were very pleased with Fibercare service. We had some wicking problems and they came back two times to make sure it was done completely. I like a company that stands behind their work. Sincerely, Cathy Mulder

Fibercare came out to clean our couch and loveseat upholstery. They did an okay job. Most the stains did not come out and can still be seen slightly. Maybe that's normal, I don't know. This is the first time we tried Fibercare. They completely forgot to move a cushion and did not clean the top part of one of them. My husband asked them to come out to finish the job, and the woman said "we're not coming out again" and "we didn't charge you enough the first time" and that they came out to do a "light cleaning". Why on earth would we pay to have our upholstery lightly cleaned only? We want the furniture cleaned thoroughly the first time. Unethical business practice, I would say. This is the first time and this is the last time using Fibercare.

They were able to perfectly match the colors on my wool rug in order to repair holes made by my child. cannot even tell where the damage was. They cleaned it beautifully, no chemical odors present, no airing needed. They pick up and deliver large rugs. Very knowledgable. They send out coupons about twice a year that help reduce the cost--meaning they don't send coupons that can only be used if you are spending hundreds or thousands.

asked if they take credit cards, they wouldnt tell me?? kept asking if i wanted something, i said ya do you except cards.. she just kept asking questions like i was selling stuff.. obviously they dont want and customers
