Ideal Reupholstery

Very positive experience with Tammy at Ideal Upholstery. Appreciated her recommendations for fabrics to reupholster 2 sofas and 2 chairs; work was completed as promised in a very timely manner significantly better price than another company I got a quote from even though they were both using the same fabric company. And best of all, the job was so well done! I love my "new" couches and chairs!

Took longer than they quoted to finish. My order was wrong (round thin wrapped edges should have been red velvet). Couldn't find the 2 yards of remaining red velvet I paid for when I ordered. Couldn't find my original order to verify anything. I just took my stuff and left rather than pointing out what was wrong and asking to fix it, especially since to fix it would require the missing fabric, special ordering more fabric and another month. Workmanship is very good, but I'm disappointed because it isn't what I ordered.

Their work and time frame is perfect, very happy with that. My only complaint is that she refused to take her own current coupon for 10% off of labor. No where did it say that you must present it the first time you go in to talk to them. We did not receive the coupon in the mail until the day after we ordered the work. I don't know why a great local business would refuse their own coupon--- ever.
