Made an appointment for the following day and Dan (business owner) was at my house on time. Completed the job timely and did a great job. The price was very reasonable as well.

Solutions Carpet & Upholstery Care is the only company who has proven time & time again that they have what it takes to keep our carpets & couches clean. We’ve tried others and keep coming back to Solutions. They have the right equipment; they are timely, considerate, detailed, and clean all at a very fair price. They go that extra mile!

These guys do great work. I've had them clean my carpets...They came the next day, right when they say they would, and they stayed until the job was done, right. One member of the crew even cleaned my minivan's carpet while they were waiting for the rest of the crew to finish up. I love these guys. They also did some major cleanup after I had water damage from an ice dam. They did a great job for us. They even noticed some other unnoticed major problems and went to bat for me to negotiate with the insurance adjuster. I won't use anyone else.

I know Dan Stephenson on a personal level and I know he takes great care in his customers and pride in his work. I recommend his company for any kind of carpet cleaning, even cars!

I have been a client for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. The owner is on the job so you know you are getting the best service available. They take care of my regular carpet & furniture cleaning, are on the job for emergency services like a spilled glass of red wine, and were a life saver for me when I needed complete water restoration service when I had 30 inches of water in my basement. They care about their clients, and I know that no matter the job or the time of day I call, that they will take care of me.
