Blue Diamond Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

Blue Diamond is a awesome carpet cleaning company! Jerry and his assistant Michelle were very friendly and professional. I had actually tried to clean my carpets myself and gotten the carpet to wet causing a musky smell. Jerry and Michelle used a deodorizing product that has worked amazingly well! Our carpets look amazing and will be using them again next time we need our carpets serviced! Great company, people and would suggest them to anyone who needs great carpet cleaning services at a fair price!

My large area rugs and two couches look like new! Amazing work...efficient, neat, and friendly folks. I will definitely use them again and pass their name on to friends.

I was to the point of wanting to rip up my carpet when I called blue diamond carpet cleaning. I had pet stains and home improvement projects that I thought destroyed my carpet. Blue Diamond came out right away with the most professional service. They quickly cleaned and deodorized my carpet making it look better than it has in years. The carpet dried within a couple hours and smells great. What an amazing experience. They saved me so much money by cleaning my carpet, I no longer need to replace it . 5 stars isn't enough to rate this amazing service. They went way above and beyond to restore my carpet. Dustin and Michele did an excellant job. Very professional, worked well as a team. I'm in town trying to help my parents and they don't remember what company they use to use, so I took a chance on this company. They surveyed the area, suggested deep clean method due to a couple of rooms have quite a few stains. And then they pretreated stains and began. Done 5 rooms and hall in about an hour. They helped to put things back and confirmed with me that I was satisfied with the carpet cleaning. I did have doubts about them because some details. I couldn't pin down just one address for this business, so I admit I was worried that this was a fly by night business. They did not have business cards, "at this time". Their receipt is very generic but ALL AND ALL....I give them 5 stars because they did a good job.

THE GUYS ARE AWESOME! CAME ON TIME AND CALLED AHEAD TO MAKE SURE I WAS READY. VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. DUSTIN AND JERRY WERE AWESOME! GREAT PRICES AND THEY BEAT ALL COMPETIORS!
