Carol's Upholstery

My mother recently had her couch cushions re-stuffed by these fine folks. Their work was quick and the end results wonderful. The couch feels like new.

I usually get all the information I need online by watching youtube or something. This time I decided to go to Carols brick and mortar store to see what I could find out about upholstery. Apparently it's "not the season" for customer service in Carols place because that's what I was told when I asked about reupholstering a chair I found on the side of the road. I just wanted to ask some questions about tools needed and what goes into it. Unfortunately I got nothing but a hurried up conversation to get me out the door and mocked for wanting to try a new hobbie! I mean who better to ask then a "professional" but with no other customers in the store they still didn't have time for me. We were in and out in less then 15 minutes. That's all it took for me to realize I need to bring my business else where. Bummer too, I make it a point to support local businesses!

Ann is a great lady to deal with, what;s not to like about a company that under promises and over delivers. The finished product is top notch. Thanks to all you artists at Carol's. Fred Huenl

Wasn't impressed with their customer service when I went to get a quote. The woman helping us was pretty rude actually. Just cold and abrupt in her demeanor. I felt like I was bothering her.

We had two matching wing chairs reupholstered recently and were thrilled with the workmanship and price! We were especially impressed by the techniques they used to hide seams in the fabric. Carol's Upholstery met their quoted timeline.
