We woke Christmas Day 2017 to water in our basement. I called Duo Care the next morning. Joe was at our house by Noon and got to work. He was prompt, professional, courteous and insightful, informing us every step of the way about what he was doing and why. The basement was dry and nearly back to normal by the end of the week. I highly recommend Duo Care.
