Do yourself a favor and pick another title company. Had to deal with 4 different people and no one would return my calls. Also closing paperwork had several errors including an overpayment to my sellers agent.

We closed on our refi with Connie . She provided excellent service and the facility is exercising excellent pandemic precautions and safety measures.

After 20 years of doing business with Fidelity I had to seek other companies. Many of their escrow officers have become sloppy in their title work. Others have become arrogant. The worst is that the manager over the local offices does not seem to want to listen and has the attitude that "Fidelity is too big to Fail".

Parking lot has no handicap parking nearby. Agent rude.
