The service used to be very good but now its gone down hill. Their not rude but they do take their sweet time doing anything. The prices arnt the best. The main thing i dont like is that they assume everyone speaks spanish. I noticed that they did it to everyone that walked in while i was their. Seemed raceist

This is the only Fred Loya store i will go to they work with me on everything and they explain to me what kind of insurance im getting, staff is very friendly.
