Ive had my insurance through route 66 for about 3 years now and i am very impressed by the quality of customer service. they work their hardest to find me the best rates for my home and auto. Made a claim for some home damage and everything was settled within a matter of About 1.5 WEEKS. the best Bar none!

called and was treated very rudely and wasn’t pleasant at all. I feel disrespected and will not be doing Business With them.

Melissa The receptionist constantly hangs up on me. I wanted to review my homeowners insurance and she gets overwhelmed. Alonzo and Mike the supervisors  are never available to speak with me. This is one of the worst customer experiences i've worked with.

Recepcionist not helpful.
