Fifer's Farm Market Cafe

Amazing local produce stand. I have been coming here the last few years during the spring/summer when they are open. Fresh fruit, and other local farm products are always delicious. They also make sandwichs for lunch and breakfast. A great local spot to taste what the farmers are growing!

Fifers is, as always, amazing. We've been coming for years and they keep getting better. A few highlights from this year's trip: - cold brew on tap. Free samples. I mean, this is worth a stop by itself. - perfectly ripe peaches the size of softballs. Their OWN peaches, like from the fifer orchard. - sweet corn picked that morning - the tastiest cherry tomatoes and big red tomatoes for cheap. Perfect sandwich tomatoes. - great local dill pickles. - cantaloupe that you can smell from rt 1. We live in San Francisco now and have pretty high standards when it comes to good fresh produce. fifers knocks it out of the park. If they only made crab cakes and sold beer we wouldn't need to shop anywhere else. but seriously make some crab cakes. Oh, and a better breD selection would be nice. Like some good fresh baguettes or rye or sourdough.
