Good News Natural Foods

Its an excellent chain of places to shop for organic food in terms of product availability. My only complaints have to deal with what I noticed is a lack of consistency in terms of the customer service in the Dover location which contrast from the awesome consistent instances of customer service I experienced in Milford and Rehoboth. At the Dover location, I noticed other customers being asked if they needed any help. I myself never received any such inquiry throughout the multiple times I went to the Dover location. I also was standing in line behind a paying customer and this paying customer was asked if he was military. Now when it came for my turn to pay, I wasn't asked if I was military or if I wanted to join any available programs like the previous gentleman was and I am actually a combat disabled veteran. This severely disappointed me and I have not been back to this location since this occurred. Why was I not asked about my veteran status? As a business, you have to be consistent with these things. There was only 1 employee who ever initiated any sort of dialogue with me through all of my times going to this location on and off since its inception and I am sorry I do not know your name. But, she was a blonde haired woman and I apologize for the somewhat callous nature of that description. But, thank you! I understand its a place of business and not a talk show. But, if I have to say good morning to an employee who is sitting there silent as she clearly sees me walking in the door..walking towards the carts area.. almost as if she is contemplating if she should greet me as a customer.. I believe that is an issue. These things are important and were very noticeable to me as a business owner.. and I sincerely hope this can be rectified. I am not going to attach anything else to this and make this any other issue than a simple customer service consistency issue.

Great selection and super wide variety of foods not necessarily found in most chain markets. Love it here!

I gave this store 5 stars witch is not often I give 5. But moving forward 1st of all the STAFF SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, I'm black (in some stores that means something) well in this store they didn't see color they seen a man looking for loose tea. They treated me and my wife like honored guest. Next, the atmosphere was amazing, & they had Quality loose tea, now I know my tea I been drinking it 20 years and I'm 40, but they allowed me to way how much I wanted and I wasn't forced to by a 1/4pound, 1/2 pound or nothing like that when you order on line,,,well I don't want to over do this review, because people won't read it but know this if you looking for an amazing, quality, good, friendly service good amazing quality products, then this is the store for I just told my wife this is my new favorite store. I'm stopping by a couple times a week on my way home from work..
