Fantastic atmosphere in the club. Not your typical "weight loss" place. These guys really know their stuff, and take the extra time to sit down and learn about your situation and your needs. Highly recommended for not only weight loss, but other healthy lifestyle needs!

The smoothies are DELICIOUS and the free workouts are awesome! I've been to the 5am DVD workout and to the classes lead by Instructors in the evenings. Both have kicked my butt! I especially love the Rebuild Strength Smoothie after classes - it's helped me not be as sore the next day (and the day after!). The fitness studio has come a long way since they first acquired it. It's bright and fun. Everyone who comes there and everyone who works there seems to really have a great time. They are all happy. Nutrition Station is a positive environment that I would bring all of my friends to!
