Fifth Avenue Court Apartments

PROS: Very nice, spacious, and quiet apartments. Best spot for public transit and everything is within walking distance. Every floor has its own 24/7 laundry and trash facilities. CONS: Unfortunately the surrounding area feels unsafe and unclean due to amount of crime. There's many people living on the streets and they sometimes sneak into the building.

My experience was not great because I had to move do to someone off the streets who said I was doing something that I wasn't so it sucks having to feel like u live with ur parents again

Lots of manager turn-out, things have changed since the pandemic. Public amenities are not being kept up. Very quiet. No problems from tenants. Place kept clean.

I lived here for 6 years and really enjoyed my time. The manager, Kathy, is absolutely wonderful and is always helpful and on top of everything with any issues that arose. Just be aware that the apartment is in the middle of Old Town, so while generally safe, it is not the same as living in the Pearl. If you are okay with the location of the complex I would highly recommend living here.

I have lived here for 21 years. Management is NOT particularly helpful, they seem to have a poor attitude consistently.
