Fifth Third Bank

Went in to make a withdrawal but wasn’t able to because teller informed me that what I was trying to withdrawal was “pending” and I wasn’t able to take anything out which was weird because on my app it says “available balance” but I just said ok and left the branch. I then called customer service and the young lady informed me that the teller should have given me what I wanted to withdrawal since it was “available” which I already knew but I thought maybe I was wrong. I wasn’t ! A real waste of my time coming in and I wish this man knew what he was doing !

I was looking to get notary done for my son's pre school docs. Called the bank and talked to banker EBONY BATTLE. She was very polite, professional and helpful. Amazing customer service. Everything was done in less than 5 mins. Thanks a lot EBONY BATTLE for all your help.

Literally JUST hung up the phone with them. I was calling to discuss a private matter on my account and the banker put me on SPEAKER phone. I wasn't concerned until I could hear people in the background. Whether she had her door shut or not is irrelevant to me as the customer. When I asked her to take me off speaker since I was giving not only my SSN but my account password, she said "I am in my office and can't pick up the phone". Oh ok... then we won't be doing business. Her name is Korey unsure if this is the correct spelling. Korey, you need a class on customer service and respect for privacy. I will be sure to go out of my way to avoid contacting this branch for my banking needs.

I went to the bank to do a wire transfer and the manager was treating me like a criminal and telling me they would have to continue verifying my information even after I gave him 2 forms of ID . Therefore , i Will not be going back to this branch . Terrible customer service

We changed our Fifth Third Bank home branch to Vinings, a bit more personal and convenient than the 5/3 branch on Cobb Parkway we had been using. The branch manager and staff are friendly and competent, very patient with my elderly mother and her complicated trust account etc. We prefer credit unions and SunTrust, but Fifth Third is far better than the big banks. We've also used and liked Fidelity Bank with their branch in Vinings.

Advertise on website a Drive thru was available. That is incorrect. Reps are nice.

Why are there 4 tellers and one customer with one customer being helped at a time. The other three are such a waste of time and money.
