Bank of America

This is the branch where an innocent man was tricked by the teller and manager when he needed to make a large withdrawal from his personal account. After providing his debit card, entering his P.I.N. and providing his photo I.D. along with a withdrawal slip asking the teller to please be discreet with the withdrawal due to the large amount. They went to the back and kept coming out telling him that they were helping him and would be right with him while the teller was calling 911 and providing misinformation. The police arrived and detained the man, and the nanny who worked for him.

I just saw this video how Ryan Coogler was treated by an employee at this Bank of America. This is one of the many reason why I stop banking with Bank of America because of employees like this. I know Mr Coogler made his peace with that Bank but that employee need to be FIRED and never work at another bank that man could have been killed. If you want to improve bank of america fire that employee.

BOA staff do not work well with African American customers, especially professional ones. Trigger-happy cops were called to BOA on the immensely gifted and talented Mr. Ryan Coogler. The gentleman was trying to withdraw money from his OWN CHECKING ACCOUNT discreetly. BOA bank teller was so special that she couldn’t understand his simple note. This man could have had his life swiped from him in an instant. The teller, manager, and trigger happy cops need to stay on BLAST. Keep sounding the alarm on this situation. No justice! No peace!

Yall did Ryan Coogler wrong, things could of went way left. If the bank teller is that emotional because she's pregnant then she should be put on maternity leave. And keep her there smh.

I’d give this a negative star if it was possible. Due to personal and recent blatant violations I’m closing my account. They hire and teach sambos the ways of profiling and if your black avoid them like the plague.

Don't bank here! They are rude, racist and will call the cops on you for trying to withdraw your own money!

Not a BOA customer and never will. The employees of this branch were on the wrong side of history and their day of reckoning will come…it’s called Financial Disruption.

Im in here now Ive been standing in line for 15min with two tellers during lunch hour..the busy hour..This branch should just be shut down. The big nose lady in the office only spoke to the white individuals in the line and I tapped it as proof. I will never visit this BOA again. I will be contacting corporate!!
