Great place. Whenever I need something fixed or improved, they come in immediately to address the issue and it gets done. It's a little different during COVID but the few interactions I have with neighbors, they are very nice and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone.

Ma is friendly, courteous and professional. She always goes out of her way to speak to me and ask how I'm doing. I always see her cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of complex & apartment buildings. If I could give Ma 10 stars I would!

Apartment is great and affordable. Maintenance staff is awesome, especially Modesto. Highly recommend!

Ma is fantastic! She is friendly and kind and always stops to talk and get to know is as neighbors. She works so hard to keep our property clean and smelling great. Ma is a great asset to Fillmore Gardens. I love seeing her! Ma is a gentle, kind , calming presence.
