Pike 3400

I really enjoy living here- the pool is great, the gym is useful but a bit small, the maintenance team is quick and responsive. The location is great with a lot of great restaurants on Columbia Pike!

The elevators break down a lot and there aren't enough guest parking spaces. Outside of those two issues, it's a pretty great place to live. The other residents are really nice, front desk does a great job of handling incoming packages, and maintenance is quick to respond.

Been great so far! On a scale of 1-10 I would rate it a 8 out of 10! And I love the people who work throughout the building from Luis in leasing office, Gabby and Jordan at the front, Ali and Mohammad of the maintenance team, and the housekeepers - you all have been so kind and fun to see regularly.

Jess the concierge is amazing!! I have packages delivered regularly like every day and she keeps me posted. She is always nice and helpful.

Carlos is the best!!!!!! I was locked out by my apartment and he went all the way to help me!!!!! Everyone is just so helpful and it’s the best service I have ever had. It has the best service than any other places that I lived!
