The wait staff are pleasant, warm, and welcoming. They are knowledge about the menu items. The drinks are good and the food comes out in a nicely paced manner. I would have given 5 stars except thus far the food is hit or miss. The first time we went everything was delicious. The second time we went some of the food was good, but mostly it was average in flavor. I don't know if it's a difference in chefs but there was definitely a difference in quality and flavor of the food between the 1st and 2nd time I went. I would be interested in going a 3rd time, perhaps on a different day to see how the food is again.

As great as the menu is, I'm here to rave about the service and the location. We had a decent size group with diverse tastes and our waiter made sure that we each had an enjoyable experience. The location is great because you can show up early for your reservation and get a drink at the spacious and airy bar next door. Great spot overall.

The food was good. Drinks were good. Bar staff not great. The bartender changed a dirty, bloody bandaid right at the bar while people were eating and drinking. He also did not use hand hygiene before changing it. Makes you think about them serving you the food! Grossed me out!

Just left after waiting for 30 pointless minutes for an 8:30 reservation, and at 9:00 there was no table in sight. Not even a “Hey, really sorry, your table got their check a few minutes ago and we’re just waiting on them to pay.” What I was actually told was “Sorry for the wait, we’re not doing it on purpose.” I know tables can run over, so I don’t mind waiting 15 or 20 minutes for a reservation, but when we’ve been waiting for half an hour and the maitre’d has no idea where or when he’s seating us, the restaurant screwed up. They’re supposed to be a sophisticated restaurant, they should be able to manage their tables better than this.

Definitely will not be going back here or to any of the other five restaurants within ownership. Valet damaged my car during my dining experience. And when asked to send video images of my car during valet care I was CLEARLY sent pictures/images of my car when I first gave my car to valet with no damage. When asked for a time stamp image of both before and after valet drop off and pickup of my car, the VERY nice owner of this restaurant and the other five was extremely nasty declaring my car was not damaged while I was dining. All I was asking for is clarification/proof that my car was or was not damaged during my dining. Definitely not too much to ask for. Stay clear from here and the other five restaurants. Make the extra trip to the Chart House, for excellent food, breathtaking view, impeccable service and much cheaper menu.
