This is my first time buying from Crystal Classics,I bought a ring holder and bud vase and I am very pleased they are beautiful very well made and will make beautiful gifts. Both gifts arrived well packed, Arrived very timely, And I would surely buy from this company again

Ordered Christmas gift on 11/26. Never received. No follow up. Followed up on 12/30. Customer Service lady laughed at the situation and said if I wanted it shipped overnight I would have to pay for shipping. Paid for it. A guy called later and said they didn't have the items to ship. Still waiting for them to admit they screwed up or did anything wrong. No apologies. They are perfect - did nothing wrong. Customer service lady laughs when she's nervous. Don't do business with these clowns.

Terrible communication. I placed an order online. I tried to log in to track the order, and no account was associated with my email address. Weird, they sent me an email. Ok. Created account, no order with that account. Message them to cancel the order because Swarovski has free shipping on their website, but crystal classics charged me over $20 for regular FedEx home delivery. From ohio to wisconsin. I help in shipping for my company frequently. It costs $7.20 to ship a much larger, heavier box anywhere in the country. Again, i send multiple messages to cancel my order. They dont respond to those messages. After i get confirmation that the item, which they had no record of when i searched for the order, has shipped, i send yet another message replying to the shipping confirmation email. This message gets responded to right away. The earlier ones still havent been addressed, but the "we already shipped it so you cant return it, even though it hasnt shipped, a label was created" email gets a response right away. Not a great experience. Buy right from the manufacturer. Lesson learned

I ordered a Swarovski ornament as a wedding gift for a client. Unfortunately, it arrived broken. When I called Crystal Classics I was told they would need to see a picture of the broken ornament in order to replace it. This made me look exceptionally bad in front of my client. Not only did her gift arrive broken, but I had to ask her to prove it! This is first and last time I order from Crystal Classics.

Amazing service. One package arrived broken, Kevin took care of it within 2 minutes and a photo sent. New glasses were already shipped the next day. Great company and beautiful products. Will buy again.

I ordered 4 glasses as a gift for my uncle’s 80th birthday, with customized etching. Crystal Classics was running a 2 for 1 special on some of the higher end glasses but it still cost me $180. The glasses arrived and only two were etched and two were not. When I inquired why the other two were not etched I was told that I did not pay the additional amount for those to be etched. I would have gladly play paid the very nominal fee to have them etched had I known but when they advertise two-for-one you kind of assume that’s what you get; two for one. Buyer beware: make sure you check the right boxes and confirm your order when you review the proof. Or better yet, my advice would be to purchase glasses elsewhere. No common sense was applied when the order went through and I now have four glasses that do not match. I am very upset because these were meant to be a special gift for my uncle to commemorate his 80th birthday. The seller made no effort to correct this or offer any solutions, such as letting me pay for 2 more glasses at cost. I really did not want to spend $240 for four glasses that were etched. I would not recommend this company for this reason.

Ordered a few things. In general delivery was very quick and the items were very nice. Would have been a five star experience except a Christmas ornament that was supposed to ship never shipped. I received one item in the order, but the ornament, which was supposed to be included with the order, did not arrive. Otherwise a great experience.
