Fireside, Norterra Community Center

Women at receptionist desk in front would rather talk on the phone with friends/family member and made us stand there until she was done with her conversation to even acknowledge us. Acted like we were inconveniencing her.

Gym is nice and clean, but lacking a proper free wight squat rack. Also not a fan of the policy where you're not allowed to go with a family members card unless they are with you.

This is the best community. I am so happy we decided to purchase our home in this community. We are here to stay. ☺

I don't mean to come across as offensive to anyone. But I'm sorry if you have kids DO NOT movie into this neighborhood. I am a teenager and I will admit it has sucked living in this neighborhood. The HOA is ran by old farts. They do not let kids have their freedom or fun. At the playground pool the rules themselves suck. You are not aloud to have a POOL football there. You can't swim around in that pool. Another thing is the tennis. They are not able to keep consistent coaches around to coach you. From the 9 years I lived there they only resurfeced the court once. They have a ball machine for tennis. That they never would replace the balls to. I do not recommend moving here. Thank you

Best community/living environment I've ever seen. Views of the desert...easy access to interstate. Has a community center complete with spa, swimming pool (s), tennis & basketball, indoor rock-wall and scheduled events. Have the good life at Fireside.
