Poor paperwork management causing month long delay. Not even a phone call, my glasses just sat in the cabinet waiting for me I guess to find out nothing was being done.

Lots of activities, friends,  classes are great, parties are excellent and the staff couldn't be any better or more helpful to the senior population.
