Brought a couple of my vehicles here. Some of the best prices around and stuff is very friendly. They made a mistake with one of my tire sizes so they decided to give me a better in stock tire. Will definitely continue to come here!

Never had a bad experience with Firestone. Even in West Texas, they helped me find a hotel and shuttled me there. Always a loyal customer if I can.

Avoid this place at all costs. This was the quote I received - printed and all! For 4 tires and their 12 month financing. After I signed up I was about to pay and it turns out they were actually going to charge me well over $1000! Consultant wasn't even going to say anything! When I asked if he'd honor the price he quoted and I had in his writing he said no! Such a shady place. It's crystal clear after talking to them for more than 5 min they are trying to pull one over on you. Especially if you're a woman-- DO NOT GO HERE.

Waste of time.I Scheduled an appointment online for Sundaymy only day off9/18/22 at 1pm to get rear rotors and pads.I show up and was told they had me down for an inspection only,he only had one tech,and was closing at 3pm even though the website states 5pm.So he can't do it.Services: Brake service & repair

I just dropped by as my tire had a slow leak, never thinking they could look at it, fix it, or replace it right away if necessary. Not only did Austin look at it immediately and say the tread was fine, but they could repair a leak if found, or replace the tire right away. I expected issues with staffing or supply chain or other delay, but they fixed the tire in less than an hour and saved me the cost of replacing it. And the staff all wore masks, were courteous and informative.

I have been coming here by default for at least a decade to have new summer and winter tires I buy and delivered from tire rack put in my rims and mounted. This place has ALWAYS been great, and ever since one of the employees left don’t know his name because he was such an a-hole, to know his name was to know the name of evil it has been even better!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this location!

I usually get my oil changed at Midas, but they were busy, so I decided to try this Firestone facility. They lied to me that there was something wrong with the cover under the hood, telling me that it jammed, and the screws were not properly fitted, so they had to tear it out and replace so it would cost at least couple of 100 $. When I went back to my regular oil change guy, he did the oil without any complaints. They messed up my vehicle's setting, and I had to spend 1-2 hours resetting it. It was a bad experience. This is not a location I would suggest to anyone.

Made an appointment to have a new exhaust installed and 4 new tires. Called and asked for them to also install new battery. Want $50 to install battery. Was told battery is more complicated to install and it would take an hour. $1500 in above mentioned work and $50 for battery install? I removed battery, took it home to charge, brought it back to car, installed it all in less than an hour. I just started going back to this location because of shady madness the last time. I am not having them do any of the work now. When I spoke to manager he said, you can bring it back and we can install it for $15. I have since replaced battery from elsewhere. Disappointed.
