Hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had at any car repair shop. I am from Florida and needed an oil change before going back home. My first interaction was with Anthony who was so kind, friendly and extremely helpful! They had a last minute cancellation and fit me right in! Then Jesse was AMAZING!!!! He kept me up to date with where my car was in the service stage, and was very clear with everything! They have fair prices and are honest. I am so grateful to them! This is one of the few shops in the Greenfield area that still performs emissions testing. We needed a new car battery and needed to register our vehicle. The staff was very friendly, thorough and made sure they had the correct battery in stock before I showed up. While I waited for service to be completed, I noticed how respectful the staff was, not only to customers, but to each other as well. Quick and complete service at a fair price! The car we brought in was a 2004 Sonata. I mention this because it is old & has many issues. I was incredibly impressed with Jesse Stoehr who helped us from the first call! He not only sent us a very detailed email describing what was right & wrong with the vehicle, he also engaged in conversation, was very honest & answered all the questions we asked! The work was done in fastidious manner, He understood that was our only vehicle & was extremely knowledgeable, patient & kind! He went the extra mile & then some! The staff at this location Franklin kept me informed about any and all issues related to the extensive servicing of my truck. I asked them to inspect all issues they found necessary to be repaired now or in the future. I was provided me with pictures of all the parts they recommended repaired or replaced The team at this location is customer focused providing me with timely progress reports on all of aspects of the mechanical repairs or replacement parts. I will never go anywhere else for my auto repairs.

Awesome experience! I started hearing a 'rattle' noise under my car when hitting a bump a few days ago. I assumed something was loose and that it wasn't extremely urgent, but I had a 4 hour car ride ahead of me and wanted to make sure it was safe. I just moved to Greendale and had a 30 minute lunch. So I called them. He said they could get me in 20 minutes from when I called. I went over there and a tech took a short ride with me to hear the noise. They said they would take a closer look. I went inside while they pulled it in the shop. The lobby was super clean and comfy. I barely got to sit down before they said it was done. It was a missing or loose screw on a metal shield piece. They replaced that and said because it was so quick and simple, that they wouldn't charge me, told me to enjoy my getaway and sent me on my way to drive home, with no rattle noise! I feel much better about a long car ride! A great way to start my vacation! I will most certainly be going to them for future repairs and will gladly recommend them to anyone needing a place to go! Super amazing experience! I had my 30000 miles service performed there for my Toyota, which was a fraction of the cost from what Toyota had quoted me for their 'package'. As a woman, specifically one who knows very little about cars, it can be very intimidating going in to get your car serviced. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and never condescending. They made me feel very comfortable and were not pushy about anything. They answered any questions I had thoroughly and respectfully. I would highly recommend this place :

A Ford Transit Connect is a major nightmare when changing out the battery. Reis Automotive not only supplied the correct battery,but was also able to handle taking out the old one while I waited.
