woke up super early in the morning to go on a road trip. My tire Pressure was low and I am a college students . I didn’t really know like what to do so I walked in. Explained my issue with my low pressure tire guy was super nice helped me out. It was pretty great. Love with customer service here, great first experience!Service: Tires

We were on a trip and got a flat while driving on the interstate approaching Columbia. Roadside assistance helped get our vehicle here. We had a great experience here and got back on the road after a short wait. Nick did an excellent job communicating with us during this time.

I did use this business in June. To purchase two brand new tires on my daughter’s car while she attends UofSC. These two Firestone tires are to complement the two I purchased two years prior at Myrtle Beach. So, I guess you can say I’m a Firestone customer. Was. Having a screw in the tire with a decent leak while assisting my daughter I move down here in SC, I came into this center to get the screw out and tire plugged. 20 minutes at best. Oh, and I need a favor because not only did I discover the screw and have to inflate it from 16psi, I’m catching a flight home in 4 hours. The lady “guardian at the gate” has horrible customer service skills. Basically, “no and nothing I can do for you”. She lacked any empathy or ability to assist. Next tires I need for any of the five vehicles I own will find replacements at a different national chain.

They replaced my flat tire quickly..and agreed to turn the TV to accommodate the children. The price of one tire was a bit costly..over $300!! And I don't think the counter person acknowledged me when I came in..he was on the phone..but it was a good experience other than that.

Had a flat on the way to church. Even though I wasn't acknowledged when I arrived..they were accommodating. Changed the chanell on the tv for the kids and replaced my tire in a few hours.. even though they thought it would be the next day. The tire was high..but..smh

Had conformation of appointment online. Wife went to drop car off for service at 7am and was told there was no appointment showing. Showed confirmation of appointment and was blown off. Not given any consideration to fit her in, sorry or anything. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will not return to this location.

The Gervais street Firestone staff is amazing and very helpful. I used to get all my repairs and service done at Audi but after my experience at this store, I have switched to Firestone. Also, the pricing is 1/3 of what Audi charges.

Orangeburg Firestone service is awful.... They are never able to provide services when needed.... I visited there location to get a simple task as balancing four tires and they were too busy to accommodate. In contrast, I drove to Columbia,SC and not only did they service me.... They also convinced me to purchase two new tires....

I went to Firestone with my daughter to get some tires for her car the employees was curtious and very professional and we didn't have to wait long

It is not very often that you can write a positive review when it comes to auto repairs, especially unexpected ones. So I am thrilled to be able to post this one! My son's car broke down on a Sunday evening, two hours away from home...we had the car towed to this location and I promptly received a call with a quote for necessary repairs the following morning. The quote was a bit higher than I expected, but I agreed to the repairs and they got him taken care of quickly so he could get back on the road to come home. Nicole kept in touch with me with regular updates throughout the day and was an absolute pleasure on every call. You all have a true gem representing you with her! Well, today I received a call from Isaac this morning and he informed me that he would need to refund me a portion of my payment due to an incorrect labor code, which was discovered once the VIN# was entered. I could not have been happier to receive this call. Getting money back for auto repairs?? In a world where people do not always do the right thing, this team nailed it with my transaction and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. A follow up call was then received from Nicole just to check in and assure me that she had me on her radar for today. Thank you to this team for taking care of my boy...and also taking care of me! I wish you all a very happy holiday season.
