I’ve never had bad service here. But they’ve taken customer service to a new level in the new location. Recently had to get 4 new tires on my wife’s BMW and I thought I needed shocks too. Jeremy was a huge help and said I only recommended an alignment, not new shocks. He saved me hundreds of dollars. Highly recommend these folks. They have guided me to the purchase of the best tires for my car and my driving needs with the best price. I have taken my car to them when I needed my tires inspected and they have always let me know when they truly need replacement or can be driven for additional miles before new tires are needed. I have referred them to all my family members and to good friends. Great people and a great family business. Every time I go it’s an awesome service experience. I drive twice as far to support this business. I recently had a trip from SC to Montana and needed front suspension work that was identified on Tuesday and I was leaving Saturday! Cody worked tirelessly with my warranty company, got the parts in even before the company approved the repairs and got my truck back to me by COB Thursday! What a huge difference, it was like a new truck and made all the difference for the 5000 mile round trip. This service was above and beyond anything I expected. Also, just got my wife’s Jeep in for an oil change and I knew I had to replace a rear blinker bulb. When I picked up my Jeep, they told me they found the bulb was out and replaced it, no charge! Any dealer would never do that, they want to charge you for every little thing. I have several more examples but you get it. This is why I drive farther and spend my money to support this business. Had a great experience getting some take-offs for my F150. When I arrived, Cody and Jeremy showed me what was available and had a new set of rims and tires on my truck, balanced and aligned, in under 2 hours. Nuttall personnel and service are what keep bringing me back. They always provide what I asked for, then things I did not think to ask for as part of their service. My wife went up there to have her tire repaired. We picked up a nail and it was in the tread block, not in between the lugs or near the sidewall. She ended up waiting for over an hour, after arriving before 8:00am. They said they couldn't fix it and said she need to purchase a new tire. We went to another shop Complete Car Care and they fixed it in under 30 min and for $16.44. I don't doubt that Nuttall is a good place, but whoever gave her this advice needs to seek more education on tires.

I drove 3hrs to Nattull Tire in Columbia, SC to purchase a set of wheels and tires and I must say it was worth the drive. Shout out to Jeremy for helping me with my selection and educating me on the upkeep on them as well. If you're ever in the area and need some wheels and tires or repairs, Nuttall Tire is your go to place.

Always loved Nuttalls. Always do a great job but didn’t appreciate the attitude of front desk recently. Called ahead and ordered tires, was told they would be there at a certain time, gave a 30 minute grace period and when I arrived they seem to blame me when the tires weren’t there and thought I was insane when I politely asked how long it might take so that heaven forbid I try to coordinate the rest of my work day. Bunch of cranky people up front that treat customers like ghosts when they walk in. Move them to the back office or train them to at least wave.
