They do decent work to the vehicle however they're constantly understaffed and they don't communicate well. They may quote you one price and then tell you they forgot to add on certain expenses. Also they also they can't really tell you when your vehicle will be done. It's usually later than what they will quote you so some Representatives won't even tell you how long something can take. I used to always go to this Firestone and it used to be better but the quality has truly gone down since covid

I booked an appointment to get four new tires on my car today. When I booked the appointment yesterday the website showed the tires I wanted as in stock and available today. When I got to the shop, I was told the tires were actually at a local warehouse but could be in tomorrow. I asked if there were other tires I could get on today since I have a tire leak and was told the only other ones in stock would be $500 more than the ones I originally ordered. After agreeing to wait for the original tires to come in and making arrangements to leave my car and having my wife come to pick me up, I was then told ten minutes after being told the new tires were available tomorrow that the tires had just been sold and they now couldn't get the right ones in until next Saturday. There was no attempt to offer any discount or service for the inconvenience, just an "it is what it is" attitude. Wasted an hour of my morning and I will be taking my business elsewhere.Service: Tires

I have a 2007 Subaru Forester that needed new tires. The tires I had were from Firestone from 2017 - they lasted a long time! So I wanted to go to Firestone again when I needed new ones. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and attentive. I chose to wait there and it only took a little over a hour. I would definitely go back to this location for service.Service: Tires

To put it simply these guy’s rock. Got me in quick for a tire service, on a Saturday no less, and made a bad situation regarding my tires a better one. Won’t get into details on that but Marshall was extremely helpful and informative. He also hooked me up on a really good deal regarding my tires. Firestone Elm St Manchester, NH. Brought my 2021 SUV to only get the Check Engine light diagnosed. My appointment was an hour behind. They were actually sending customers home because they were so behind. Anyway. They finally got me my diagnosis and sent me on my way. I had my AC on and the inside of car now smelled like fumes. I got home 4 miles later. Opened my hood and oil was literally misting everywhere. The entire engine area, lower half of windshield covered. Oil on ground in front of my house. They never put the oil cap on. It was nowhere to be foundI wasn't getting an oil change either. I made them call a tow truck and bring it back for cleaning and to make sure the engine wasn't damaged. I never got an apology, just a "this is an inconvenience ahh" like I was the problem. They kept it overnight until 11:30am next day. I had to call them. The underside of hood pad was still covered in oil. The vent still smells of gas like mix when air is on. Total amateurs and unprofessionslism. Also, the front counter employee probably shouldn't be Vaping in main waiting area where customers can see. I would not recommend them.. See pics.

Rude service. Left my tire first thing at 8:00 am when they opened to simply plug a tire. I came back 4 1/2 hours later and the tire was in the same place and never moved. Their excuse? We are busy. It’s a 10 min job! Don’t use Firestone and go elsewhere. They were very rude and have Terrible customer service! Update, I took my tire to VIP Auto in Bedford NH and they fixed my tire in 10 minutes at no charge. I’m now a fan of VIP Auto and they will get my business going forward!

The most amazing artistic Director! The changes that have come around in the last five years have been astounding. Very high-quality theater, beautiful sets, costumes and choreography, they never disappoint! The new lobby looks beautiful

They're so expensive it's not even funny! I don't care how well of a job anyone says they do. For the amount of money they charge no one is that good. My mechanic does what I need for half the price and it's done right too!

Waited over an hour for a simple tire rotation after booking a firm appointment on line. They failed to reset the tire pressure monitor which we had to do ourselves after the fact. This is something they promise to do when you buy tires at Firestone. Never again........
