Excellent Service. These guys do a great job making sure  your car or truck is in good working order. They take the time to explain what you vehicle needs done and  what it costs before the repairs are made I will not go to any other Garage then this one Jim Merrow and Ron do a great job taking care of there customers. Have been taking my cars to them for years and would highly recommend them.

Bought a 2006 Chevy Silverado 1500. Truck is in excellent condition with VERY low miles for the year. The staff and owner are exceptional! Very respectful and honest. A very hard trait to find in today’s times. I am one satisfied customer. I would absolutely do business with them again and I HIGHLY recommend them for any and all services pertaining to vehicles.

Not sure what’s up with the negative reviews.  Ron hooked me up with a good deal on a specific car I had been looking for.  Have brought it in for a sticker and minor service always Satisfied with their work.  Mechanic I spoke with was also a good guy.  Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Ron again.

I have always done my car and repair business with these folks and I always will. I have heard people give this place mixed reviews and I'm not sure where it comes from. I've now purchased 3 cars from Merrows that have all been great to drive and required minimal repairs beyond the normal maintenance. Fair prices, multiple ways of financing, this is a great place. Buy it here, pay it here is a little taxing but you can own the vehicle fast. I did that on 2 out of my 3 vehicles.

So livid. We purchased a truck and was told a switch needed to be replaced, a 2-3 hour fix. They had already ordered the switch and would call when it's in. They did BUT when they got the truck it was now a 10 hour job more things needed to be fixed. I was worried but they said no worries we will fix it no cost to you. We told them there was a strange sound and it needed an alignment. Got the truck back and was returned a few days later for the sound and alignment. Got a call saying the alignment was done and the noise is probably the transmission. We can split the $2000 cost now or when it completely goes. Um no, 30 day warranty. I flat out said fix it or give me my down payment back. Since the purchase they have had it more than we have.  It just keeps getting better. So they said they would fix it. Went to pick it up, drove through the cant even say parking area and ran over something. Flat tire. Call them and the response was oh well. So pissed off.

Good people with good hearts.  Unfortunately they cant take care of everyone.  They try to help as much as they can but some people just want to take and take.  When buying a used car with a 30 day warranty you need to understand it is a used car with a 30 day warranty.  I would bring my car to the repair shop for any issue.

We got a Cadillac from them and after 1 day of having it the front right tire blew off the rim on the highway almost killing my pregnant wife. She was doing under the speed limit and there was nothing in the road. Kevin told us they would cover the repair Jim said he felt he should only pay half. As our loan hadn't been processed by the bank Kevin was able to get us in another vehicle that was also absolute garbage. Stay away from this place at all costs. If you shop here you will be putting more money into the vehicle than it's worth. You are better off buying a bicycle from a stranger at the cumbys on Hanover.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! We have had the pleasure of going to Merrow's for years now. We have bought van's from them they always make sure we get into something safe and that we can afford. They have fixed brakes for us, put in a transmission and now our van just stopped the other day! Merrow's fixed the problem quick and changed us a very fair price! They have never over charged us or treated us badly. I hope they stay in business for many many years it is nice to have place that truly cares about their customers! Awful! They are very very nice when they want to sell you a vehicle. They screw up the payments and incredibly rude when you call them out on it as if you are the one who made the error. I wouldn’t even give a star. I purchased one vehicle there when I was on a tight budget and could only afford a buy here pay here vehicle. I got what I paid for. I made a purchase of a vehicle for $9000 and that car had the engine light one, wouldn’t start every time and stalled out when the gas gage showed a half a tank, yet was empty. If you are on a budget, and only need a vehicle for short distances from time to time, than I guess it’s fine. But, if you need a reliable vehicle, steer clear!

Not even worth 1/4 of a star. Everytime my car "got fixed" something else broke. After buying my car for $2,500 I had to put $800 worth of work into the thing as well as multiple expensive repairs while paying it off, and was told by another mechanic that they dont know how the hell the thing passed inspection. The guys are rude and a scam artists. Spend your money and time ANYWHERE else, I wish I did.
