The procedure of extracting multiple teeth from my 12 year old daughter went very well. The doctor was fantastic. However the original quote provided to me by the Wentzville MO location office manager (who called my insurance coverage calculate a cash amount to provide at the day of the procedure to pay everything in full) was "changed" & rebilled to my insurance company. Apparently the original quote did not cover the entire procedure which they admitted was an error on their part; what I was explained when I received the bill 2-3 weeks later . This caused additional funds due from me, which was sent to me through the mail at a later date. When I refused to pay the additional amount over the quoted price for the entire procedure the matter was sent to collections where for simplicity I eventually paid it with additional collections charges added. BUYER BEWARE: Ask for the quote to be in writing UP FRONT and AFTER they have supposedly called your insurance coverage. They handled the matter very unprofessionally, threatened to take the matter to court & had no remorse or care about their admitted mistake in the original quote. This turned into a very bad transaction & my family will not ever use any of their offices (they own multiple locations) again. Very disappointing...

I went in to have my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Loveless made the visit a positive experience. He removed any fragment of apprehension I had. In less than an hour I was out the door. The entire staff is comprised of people who genuinely care for their patients. If you have even the slightest need, go in and let Dr. Loveless answer all your questions and you will have the same pleasant patient experience I did.
