Midwest Oral Maxillofacial & Implant Surgery

My little boy needed an emergency extraction on several teeth. Dr. Parsons took on the challenge and fit him in! I walked away from this experience with such a thankful heart. Dr. Parsons went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Midwest! The staff was so sweet and kind in handling my sons special needs. We will forever go to Dr. Parsons for all our oral surgery needs.

I was so scared to have dental work that I waited for over a decade to fix my teeth. I had to have four removed. They were unable to find a vein (I do not blame them) but put me under general anesthesia. I woke up an hour later and it was all over! I only wish that Dr. Parsons had looked at my teeth a little bit more because I have one extra tooth that needed to be removed. I didn't realize how damaged it was until my other teeth were taken out. So make sure you have him look over your teeth thoroughly at the consultation. I brought older x rays from another dentist and they gave me a new x ray for free. The price (1500) was not bad at all.

Awesome staff and level of care is unbeatable. I got my wisdom teeth out here, and can say first-hand that the doctors are committed to a very high level of care. Highly recommended

I have visited the O'Fallon and Chesterfield offices and each time the doctor and staff did great to calm my nerves. It is safe to say I'm an apprehensive patient and the idea of getting an implant was overwhelming. The doctor made the process much simpler for me to understand, so I knew what to expect each time I came in. If I need an oral surgeon in the future I will not hesitate to use them again.
