Worst pawn shop I've ever been to. First of all the customer service is awful. When I went there was a lady and (3) gentleman. The lady at the front is very rude. She gave me a bad look the whole entire time I waited to be helped. Which was about 25 minutes. She seemed to be giving the customers before me a hard time. This place gives terrible bets for pawning. Don't ever go there to pawn any items. You will walk out unsatisfied. The big muscular guy there is the rudest person I've met. He seems to be the one in charge of everything. He cannot be running a business like this.

My first time here was my first and last. As soon as I walked in I noticed all the workers had a, (I’m having a bad day at work look) but who doesn’t have a bad day at work here and there?, so I told myself “oh boy, here I go” I was helped by the big bald Latino guy that his name was not meant to be remembered at all. He was the rudest person at a pawn I have come across and I’m a easy going man. He barely looked me in the eyes. It was clear to me he had no people skills and manners plus he tried to low ball me really bad. I really do not encourage anyone to go to this pawn place.

The lady behind the counter was very,very non-customer friendly & not helpful at all.. & treated me as I was a not even there.. I got ignored bye her & when she finally assisted me Her attitude was very non receptive & she was very reluctant to assist me.. maybe because I was not Hispanic or she just does not care for other ethnicities at all..(very much a bad experience there...) & yes the prices are not even shown a lot of the items...

Horrible customer service, ridiculous prices, you can even can pawn your on belonging without being accuse of stealing, do not go there!!!
