Great customer service every time I’m there. Better than all the other pawn shops in Woodbridge I’ve been in. Always give me the best price in return. No other pawn shop can compete with them. They have a customer for life.

Friendly, Experienced, and Knowledgeable staff. Walking into Woodbridge Gold & Pawn is like spending time with family on Christmas day!! I highly recommend this store as a one-stop-shop! 5 stars and keep up the good work!! :)

I used to like this pawn shop, until i guess the tall Caucasian man in there is the owner. But he def does not like black people im not sure what his problem is but he def has one. So im in line waiting behind a Caucasian woman and after she gets finished and leaves we start with my stuff and him being the racist ass hole asks me for a second form of ID like a credit card or something! Normally that wouldnt had been a problem if i was asked that everytime i went in there, but no not everytime just this time. None of that was mentioned to the Caucasian woman in front of me. I like all the employees there they're all nice but owner is racist, and it just is what it is. However you will not receive any more of my business and i will let all my black friends and family know not to do business at this particular pawn shop because the owner will stand there and stare at you until you walk out, and if he really doesnt want to help you he'll ask for a second form of ID like a credit card or debit card. He makes all black ppl feel uncomfortable in his establishment.
