First Charlotte Physicians

I would give this facility 5 stars, but I didn’t feel or believe that I was really heard and taken seriously. however I believe due to insurance or whomever is limiting doctors on what they can do at visits , so you can’t asked about everything that is going on with you at a visit.. I am concern, since I am a senior citizen with diabetes, hypertension, I am not sure how to diagnose myself, I take care of myself the best I can. The staff is very kind, they are very concern l, professional and passionate. I do recommend this facility

I have been a patient of dr. Myrick for more than 5 years. I needed urgent care recently and I was very pleased with and impressed by my PCP's medical assistant who scheduled an appointment on the same day she found out I needed one. She always shows she cares for me as a patient and is well prepared and knowledgeable professionally. I recommend them both for medical care.

I want to thank Dr. Adcock and Erica for the exceptional care they provide for my Mother. I can always depend on them to listen to my concern and I love how patience they are with her.

My Dr. has gotten so much better about being straight forward, I hope this can continue, I use to have my guards up ready to defend myself it's very relaxing knowing I am not at war with my Physician we are finally on the same page and I'm greatful

Novant First Charlotte Physicians,Epic center, has a wonderful medical team. From the time I enter until I leave, I am treated with courtesy, kindness and respect. I have been a patient of Dr. Adcock for many many years and I am truly blessed . He genuinely cares about my health and well being and keeps me informed on necessary tests and vaccines I need to maintain good health. His concern, compassion and medical knowledge are evident each visit. I must say his nursing staff is fantastic. I want to send my thanks to all.

Front receptionist did not greet me and had a very noticeable bad attitude. I’m hoping she was temporary because I’ve never experienced that In the last 10 yrs. I’ve been there. Otherwise, my doctor was great as always.

I really like my doctor, Dr. Samuel Teferra. He takes his time with you, listens and addresses concerns.

Dr. Albrigh is a compassionate, extremely knowledgeable physician that I am fortunate to have as a provider. The staff is courteous, kind and efficient, thanks for a great visit!

I am a healthcare worker and do not trust many doctors due to my employment. Dr. Andrews is different and any family or friend of mine would be recommended for her/& her staff.

Dr. Teffera and staff are the Best!! Always helping above and beyond! Front desk are a wonderful attribute!
