First Class Medical Equipment and Supply

recently ordered a seQual Equinox from first class medical. Needed it in a hurry for my mom to be able to join in family events. The unit arrived, but unfortunately, was not operating properly. I called and spoke with Bill Miller in customer service. After some discussions with supervisors and manufacturer reps they sent a brand new unit overnight. New unit is working perfectly, and Mom was able to be at our family gathering this weekend. Although I was initially frustrated at a brand new high end unit not working properly - this was no fault of first class medical, and they were able to rectify the situation immediately. Excellent customer service in this situation. Very pleased.
