First Landing Auto Care

Had to drop my car off over night to get my tire patched and the price was higher than other shops, but it was the closest to where I was and I was moving out of town the next day so I did what I had to. The friendliness of the staff and the reply to my review changed my view of my review... They made a great points! Glad they reached back out here to validate why they cost more.

I do not recommend using this business. They up-charge their mid-level parts. They recommend unnecessary services. They will not install customer provided parts even if higher quality than theirs. FLAC claimed they cannot guarantee the quality of the parts or adhere to their warranty… I declined their warranty and they still offered another excuse to not do the work. If word got out that they are ripping their customers off…what would happen!? Update: just read through other reviews. Other customers have had the same experience. Watch out for this predatory pricing! Update #2: Picture added to show “Recommended Repairs”. For example: “Remove and replace Air Filter” 2014 Tundra takes 3 Minutes to replace. A high quality part costs $25. First Landing claims it will cost them $130.66 to take care of. Thanks guys! Very honest work!

Two days before Christmas and my car was acting strangely. I needed help and I needed it quickly. As in the past First Landings team was there to help me out including trips back and forth to my home while they made the necessary repairs. Happy ending. If you are looking for a place to have your car worked on, this is the place. Super friendly, down to earth mechanics that do a great job. Had state inspection and oil change done, excellent service. Recommend them for your auto care !

10/10. From when I first called to inquire about services to when I left and found a cute thank you bag on the seat, they exceeded my expectations. Very professional and courteous. Have a shuttle to take me home and back while services were done. They told me everything about my car that I needed to know and didn’t push to sell me on everything and anything. I went for a synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. I will definitely be returning for future service. This place is a gem!Services: Oil change

Wow! Refreshing to find places that are completely honest and upfront with customers - yep, this one definitely fits that bill! Brought a tire in for repair - patch would have had to be placed on the sidewall which is a no-go. They did offer to replace the tire but recommended that we first check with the store where we purchased them to see if they were still covered as they were 1+ years old. We did and they were! Do not depend on having an appointment for an inspection. I had an 8am appointment 7-19-2022 and was waiting when they opened. They then informed me that I had to drop it off and it would be at least 2 or 3 hours. Of course I thought I had an appointment so I couldn't do that. It was a total waste of time. With this and a previous bad experience there, I will not be going back. I would recommend another place.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

This repair shop does good work but you will pay more then anywhere else like 2 or 3 times more My advice would be to get several quotes before having any repair work performed. They are reasonably priced on oil changes …Services: Oil change
