Great Neck Citgo

Fine place to go. Easy to get in and out. Entrance from great neck road as well As a side street with a traffic light. Prices are reasonable compared to other gas stations close by. One downside is that there is not a whole lot of room to park or maneuver. If all the bays are full you may get stuck.

DO NOT GO FOR STATE INSPECTION! Wish I read these reviews first before bringing my car here for a state inspection. As other have posted, this place claimed my vehicle 2018 Audi A5 failed inspection for a bad passenger side wiper and needing a head light adjustment. I put these wipers on myself a few months ago- they work perfectly fine. I even sprayed the windshield and used the wipers again at the visit and there were no imperfections. I thoroughly inspected the blades and both the drivers side and passenger side do not have any flaws. Regarding the headlights- anyone who knows Audis knows that even a simple light bulb change requires a lot of work and the removal of various parts because these lights sit in very comprehensive casing. This car has never failed inspection for any reason and I bought it brand new! They didn't even try to "show" me the reasons why it failed- just said they could take care of it for more money. I took my rejection sticker and will never return.

I get all my vehicles inspected here. I usually get the "head lights need adjustment" call, but don't care because it's really close to my house. Headlights don't need to be adjusted very often unless you get new ones or your ride height changes, but again it's really close to my house and very convenient.

Great service!! The mechanics are top notch. They won't do any repairs that are not needed. I thought I needed rear brakes and made my appointment based on that along with a couple of things. The mechanic told me that I did not yet need brakes, pad thickness was still good. Along with great service came reasonable prices too.

These folks go over and above. I needed a state inspection and I dropped the vehicle off in anticipation of it being done the next day, as today is a holiday. The mechanic called me about an hour after I dropped it off and told me it was ready. Greatly appreciated!!!

Service is ok, went for a basic state inspection, no repairs as stated on the form that you fill out. Price for inspection is $20, additional $10 for headlight adjustment??? And additional $5 for shop supplies. Still puzzled about headlight adjustment, shop supplies. If they want to over charge, they should be honest and say it was for parking.

Old white lady is Very Bad Customer service. I was super surprised and it was worst customer service in my life. They made appointment for me.Before I go to there I called and made sure what time should I drop off car. Because I wanted to make things go smoothly .they said drop off before 8:45pm. I got there after 7pm. but when I got there, No parking space. I asked this Old white woman “where should I park?” She said “No parking space, Go home with your car! “ you can’t park here.No appointment list, I don’t know your appointment because I was not there. I came 2pm here today.So I don’t know anything.You came late that’s why no parking space. But it’s not make sense to me. Because I didn’t do anything wrong and kept the promise. I was try to talk politely to her but she didn’t it. IN THE END, she said don’t want talk, leave me alone, Go! Go! Go home!Leave here now. She was so much emotional and hide back room from in front of me and she never back ! She was run away. The truth that happened this shop. I used to this shop about 10years, it’s disappointed and sad. Hope this shop owner will know how much she did very BAD customer service , RUDE, no responsibilities, No pride ,No respect customer and CITGO company. Hope improve the service to customers.

Well it was great news today after my service engine light came on recently... Thanks Joe! The customer service is always wonderful, gas prices competitive, I've used them for inspections and they really don't try all the nasty upsell junk. Straight talk and ace mechanics. THE neighborhood place to go!

Convenient small gas station/car repair garage. Gas pumps easily negotiated. Pumps use ATM type at-pump payment or pay cash inside store. Mechanic on duty full day Monday-Friday . Half day on Saturday. State inspection available.
