I would give them zero stars if they would let me. I cannot believe what I just experience. The cashier is so completely rude at the 711. Thankfully they have opened another one nearby and there’s also a Wawa so I won’t have to go here anymore. If you are looking for something that you would need from a convenient store, don’t go to the store. The younger male cashier here is absolutely atrocious. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem that anybody is going to do anything about this based on the prior reviews.

Hi! I have visit your location here in Virginia beach location 1912 Laskin Rd on 4 or March. It was an African American female, hair extensions, long pretty nails. I gave her 5 dollars and request 2 sweet wood blacks. She closed the drawer and gave me 81 cents back. As I wasn't pay any attention, she gave me the change and I walked out the store. Because I was careless and didn't notice until I walked out the store, I didn't go back in to request my remaining funds. I didn't want to cause any unwanted issues. On Tonight, I walked in and it was a black African American guy. Light skin, I waited in line, I requested one plastic tip sweet wood black because you guys didn't have the sweet wood. And I also had a box of baking soda. I gave him a $10 dollars, he gave me two dollars back. These two workers are stealing people money!! I started to post on 711 review page but decided not to. Since I never received a response back from your customer relations team which was sent back email. I have decided to actually post my review.

I very very rarely leave bad reviews on places, but the cashier I encountered here today was just disgustingly rude and nasty to me and my 10 year old daughter. I genuinely am surprised someone so crochety was hired to work at the counter engaging with customers. Be rude to me all day long, but be rude to my kid who did nothing but be polite and we have a real issue.

This is a nice store been in here a few times good price on gas course they have all the quick food off the grill that you may want and all those convenient quick things you may have forgotten stop is usually friendly service is always fast very clean store in parking lot keep up the good work two thumbs up five star

The most RUDE person in customer service I have ever encountered!!! Just left the store. I waited at the register while the cashier took a couple more bites of her food and finished her text. There was no one else in line. I stood there in front of her for literally 20 seconds before she even looked up to acknowledge me. She didn’t say anything; she just looked at me. I asked if they have gift cards & the cashier said yeah whatever’s over there. Then I asked if I could get a 7-11 gift card & she said, “if it’s over there” with the most uncaring, you’re-bothering-me attitude I have ever experienced. It was like I walked in her front door at home and asked her for some thing. She’s probably not making much $, but if you are going to do some customer service, do customer service with a smile on your face. At least act like you wanna be there. I was going to spend $150 on a 7-Eleven gift card but I will go to Wawa instead. I know I will be treated with kindness there. It was around 6:20 PM on Monday, January 4. I’m putting that on there so if you’re the owner and see this, please contact me. I’d love to give you more input.

Ran in with my service dog to grab two things. Was in and out quickly. But the lady behind the counter, who was not helping me, decided she wanted to yell at me in front of everyone that I need to leave my dog at home next time, they could lose their license. Never asked if he was a service dog. Sign on door says service animals are welcome, but I guess that doesn't apply to everyone? What a joke of a human being. Won't be visiting this 711 again any time soon while that woman still works there.

Went in this morning for a bag of coffee and a cup to go. Brand new place filthy already. One person in charge of everything. He wears no mask and is counting money as I approach. First thing I ask him to just scan my items with the hand scanner. At first he does but then he just grabs my bag of coffee for no reason. I told him I just asked him not to do that. He blew up told me I was banned for life from 711 because he was the manager. Refused his name and used profanity as I left the store.

I rated 1 stars out of 5 because 0 is not allowed. Not only the cashier "Amber", insisted on texting on her phone, rather than ringing up my purchase, and she was not wearing a mask! I would not recommend any of you go to this 7 eleven either! Please be safe everyone!! :

I came into this store and was greeted by ms. Amber she was sweet and helpful. She even bought my son some candy. Bless her heart. Will definitely come back  also very clean store

I can give zero stars I would. The store smelled like they just got done mopping it with puke. I was not impressed with the employees appearance or the way they interact with their customers. Two registers were used to ring up lotto and scratchers while paying customers waited. Should probably get a new manager or have one on hand during the day.
