This tiny location doesn't stock 1/3 of the things in it's menu, items you'd find at any other Dunkin, and on top of that the items they do carry are regularly out of stock. What's worse, what's IN STOCK tastes OUT OF DATE, as if the other, nicer locations in the area offload all their old food here. Woof
This is by the far the best dunki donuts I have been to in a long time and that includes ones from various states. The people are ways upbeat and friendly. My order is never wrong. Thank yall for being so wonderful
I can't believe my review was deleted. This used to be my favorite dunkin now its a joke. The last time I went there was the LAST time I went there. When the guy in the drive thru was being orally pleased by a female coworker, that was enough for me to not come back. I honestly cannot believe my last review was removed. If this place ever wants to be profitable again, let me know
My visit at this particular Dunkin' Donuts was just like any other visit at this particular Dunkin' Donuts. The food is hot it comes out consistent and there's never an error at the drive-thru.
If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They got my order wrong again!! How can u miss the cheese on every one or the 4 bacon egg And cheese croissants?When I finally reach someone on the phone as I was already home when I noticed...James very rudely chuckles and says 'what are we supposed to do about it then'. I say credit me and give me my order right for free next time I'm there...or something for your mistake. He tells me I have to prove to them and bring the food. I said I am home I can take photos. He says nope, you need to drive back and show us. I said that is ridiculous...and click he HUNG Up on me. Mind you he didn't let me speak to a manager. Mind you they were laughing ,with each other while taking my order, couldn't decide if they had what I was ordering. Horrible service during and after my visit. Will never go again to this location.
I used to love this dunking donuts, their staff were all grown mature people working there, adults. But when Spring and Summer seasons hit and the young generation of hires arrive. Their demeanor and attitudes as if I am wasting their time by choosing more than 1 item selection from the menu. I can literally hear the huffing and puffing of "IS THAT IT" repeatedly with frustrating, as if I am doing something wrong. I felt like I was back on Wall Street during morning rush hour but there were NO cars behind me!!!!!!!! Uncalled for aggression.
Horrible experience. I go to this Dunkin everyday. I wouldn't if I had another coffee choice. RUDE incompetent manager Lovie. I had a complaint about a stale muffin, which I asked if they were fresh while ordering and had to go back when I was given a hard muffin. The manager had the nerve to turn to a coworker and continuously ask "what did she just say?" Like she was going to jump the counter during my complaint. Also there is no way to contact the owner so I guess I'll blow up all the reviews I can... I wish the manager jumped the counter I would have loved to not work the rest of my life due to a law suit...RIDICULOUS
Ordered 1/2 dozen specialty for the kids. I asked for fun Halloween ones. Got home, they had given me the ghost pepper ones-spicy hot-had to toss them. Called b/c I was convinced there was a kitchen mistake-Hot and spicy donuts???? Gentleman told me that was one of two specialties for the day...I asked 'was that posted on your drive thru menu?' he said "No, but that's on you-you need to ask" He continued to lecture me I just hung up. I called to inquire- not for someone to take their bad morning out on me. We'll be passing on DD in the future.
Poor service day after day. The only reason I go is it's convenient. Today the lids and out side of my cups were dripping with coffee. I could not believe they handed it to me this way. I think the place is run by bunch of kids with attitudes. I dot think I've ever seen a manager or someone who looks or presents like one. Whatever they get paid is to much.
whenever i order a coffee drink the ones you are supposed to put the different syrups in they ALWAYS get it wrong. this has happened to me 4 times in a row. they just give me a normal iced coffee instead. i have a feeling they are doing this on purpose, or they need better training. horrible customer service!
