I stopped here around 2:10am on a Tuesday late to use the restroom on my way home. The store itself was clean. The restroom was mostly clean. When I lifted the toilet lit to urinate, the bottom was dirty. Other than that, no complaints. They had a hand sanitizer dispenser by the door and hand soap dispenser by the sink. There was also an air dryer. While browsing, I noticed that the fresh fruit selection was low. There was only 2 hot dogs on the roller There was ample desserts on the fresh desserts cabinet. The ice cream cooler was mostly stocked. They sold $3.29 for 7lb bag of ice and $5.29 for 16lb bag. The ATM was out of cash. There was 2 gambling machines. They had more sweets than another location I went to. However, the prices were still ridiculous. I realized that this location was more expensive than a different location.There weren’t many drinks to choose from. I ended up getting a pack of donuts and 2 drinks. The drinks were 2 for $3 vs 1 for $2.19, so why not?! I noticed that there was a container of fireball shots for $1.39 by the register. I was gonna get one but I was told I couldn’t because it was after midnight. It’s cool and interesting that they do that. North Carolina stores would never lol
New owner does not provide customer service according to 711 standards. She does not value long time frequent customers. Customer service is NOT her cup of tea. Anytime there is an in store issue regarding app or advertisements all emplpyees are helpful EXCEPT the owner. Not sure why she chose to be an owner but lacks customer service skills, and apprantly managing skills as well according to her own staff that basically have to tolerate her. If this is what represents your brand, I'll take her invitation of never returming to her store. Wawa right down the street. Thank you for sending me to an establishment who value their customers! Can't fix ignorance. Update: The franchise owner has misled her dm into thinking she is correct for being unhelpful and mostly dishonest. So let it be clear, the owner of this store is without a doubt a liar. Her Integrity is non existent.
So i went in an got 2 big gulps with my app I always pay .49 cent. I told cashier the one was just ice due to covid were no longer allowed to bring in our own cups. For the first time since this covid mess started I was charged regular price for a cup of ice, keep in mind no lid or straw were used, because i get straight in my vehicle and pour ice into my large cup "purchased from 7 11 " im just devastated that the unfriendly cashier really did charge me for that plus ask me what i had in my other cup? Really?? Does it matter big gulps are .49cent and at this location so is ice obviously. Get me back to the county!! Holy cow
Noon on Oct 21, 2020 - Totally no mask, or social distancing enforcement. I literally had to ask a group of mask-less people to stand aside so I could "safely" make my way past the beverage counter...only to then almost bumped into by a mask-less rude person coming from the door. I left without purchase. No more 7-eleven for me.
The reason why I vote 1 stars out of 5 is because every time me and my family go into this 7 Eleven and the one on King's Grant Rd, the staff never wear their masks. I know wearing masks stinks but it is for everyone's safety! I would not recommend you go to this 7 Eleven and or the one over by King's Grant because you are putting yourself and everyone else at risk to getting COVID-19. Please stay safe everyone!!! : Also, the staff aren't mean but they aren't following safety precautions!!!

This location use to be great. Ever since someone else took over ,it's been downhill with customer service. It's always understaffed. No receipts at the pumps either.
This 7-11 is one of the worst for keeping hot coffee on demand. Several times I gave it reasonable doubt but they always fail me.
Dishonest cashier. If they steal reward points and lie about missing receipts, Im sure they steal money too.
This store is racist and rude in fact the manager of this store told an employee that she didn’t like me because I’m rude with the money listen airhead it’s your job to deal with customers so deal with them but you no longer need my 100 dollars a month tell me to leave I left and I won’t come back until you fire that girl
