I was told by Johanna that she doesn’t take coins unless it’s in rolls to pay for gas. I had left all my money at home in Chesapeake and I just got off my shift in the medical field. No one has ever told me this at any other 711 before. She was extremely rude about the situation. She could definitely use more training. This was very bad service.
I thought a year ago this location was bad but it's just gotten worse. They are constantly out of their iced coffees. Especially when it's on sale. They have a cashier whose seriously hard of hearing and it holds the line up and she gives you paper to write down what you need behind the ER counter wether it's food or smokes. I don't think they should have someone working that cannot hear the customers as it's not safe for that employee. How could she hear someone if coming upto her from behind??? I heard the store was a corporate ran store now?? It's always clean and tidy but if they don't have the items that are on sale what's the point. It's happened to me atleast 20 times over the last couple months. If if wasn't the closest location to my home, I'd quit going there all together. They do have on GREAT EMPLOYEE NAMED Jessica! She knows customers names and will go out of her way to be helpful. She should be the store manager period!!!
There is an Asian lady in this store that does not speak one word of English. I tried to ask her about the prices on the sandwiches and all I got was a blank stare! Then I pay full price for everything and ask for the receipt, blank stare. Again, can I have the receipt, can I please have the receipt, I need the receipt. Nothing, more blank stare!!! I left without the receipt. Horrible customer service!
Please read being 100 percent honest. They will charge you a $100 “holding fee” when you buy gas on your card. Then will tell you that you have to contact your bank to handle it because they can’t do anything about it. Please just safe the headache and go to WAWA
I'm calling corporate on the older woman working there mainly at night for harrassment. Tonight she claimed my husband could only get one cup of ice and had to get my water out of the dirty sink rather than the soda dispenser. I have seen her harassing other costumers before and will call corporate as much as I need to until she is fired. Ridiculous.
Was closed at 10:13 AM because they were “using the bathroom.” That’s why you schedule two people to run it and then a backup Incase! A 24 hour business should NEVER be closed unless it’s a national or natural emergency. Well with wawa across the street st the same gas price, not sticking around. Franchise owner should re-evaluate how they are operating a store that’s less than 3 years old
Just recently my card was charged twice for a gas purchase . Now I have to wait 3-5 days to have the money released. Smh.. No explanations either. Pay at your own risk
I really appreciated the hand sanitizing station at the pump and what an unexpected surprise to receive $.11 off, per gallon of gas. Thank you!
The lady that works the morning shift is very rude and disorderly and does not need to be working in any form of customer service. Also is very unprofessional by bringing her kid to work with her.
if i could give negative stars i would the woman that works the morning shift is completely unprofessional and honestly downright childish i went to report her to the manager but apparently thats who she is needless to say i just wont be shopping here anymore i have taken my business down to the 711 in front of the Asian market
