Great, fast, and knowledgeable! Got us through many obstacles quickly and just in time for the closing on a tough Fmna loan! Those loans are very tricky and he found a solution to every issue! Certainly recommend again and again!

Worked with Jim and his team on a challenging refinance that most mortgage professionals didn’t want to deal with. Jim took the challenge head-on, found lenders with programs that met our specific needs, and his team worked diligently day-after-day until the loan was done and closed. As with any loan there were curveballs along the way, but his patience, understanding of the business, and relationships with his partners proved to be what took us over the edge to a successful outcome.
You would be hard pressed to find a better a group mortgage professional than Jim and his team, I highly recommend them.

Jim Guerriero and his staff in the Middletown office are the epitome of efficiency and responsiveness. In this day and age of automated 800 #s and an ever changing staff at the Big Banks, First Lenders Mortgage were MY ADVOCATES in making sure my refinancing was trouble free and the entire process from start to finish was as smooth as silk. I highly recommend Jim and the rest of his team of professionals. I feel he got me an extremely competitive rate for my refinancing. Never had to call Jim twice. Every email I sent him was responded to quickly and he was GREAT throughout the entire process of keeping me abreast of progress and developments. No surprises and EXCELLENT SERVICE.
