We worked with David and his team on 2 different loans over the past few months. They were professional, fast and they were in constant contact with us regarding the status of the loans. We had some changes on 1 of the loans the day before we were suppose to close and David and his team worked through the night to make sure the loan closed on time. We are extremely satisfied with the service they provided and will be using them again in the future!

Jess Silva was true professional and patient with me throughout the entire process. I could not be happier with him and his services. Joe is the best in the business! Him and his team is fantastic. Honest and reliable. I would go to him first, and no other place. If he cant get it done, no one can. Others can claim to be the best in the business however I think Joe holds that title undisputed.

Jess S. from NorthStar funding oversaw a refinance and then a very difficult JUMBO mortgage loan for us. He's incredibly responsive (even while on vacation!) and was there every step of the way. Not only did they successfully close 2 loans for us, they also leveraged their industry relationships and network to get us recommendations and introductions to the best insurance people and served as a point of contact for us on all things real estate. I've already recommended Jess to a coworker.
