I think Richard is the only person who could have successfully found a lender for us, given the difficulties of financing our co-op building. He was always on top of the process and immediately available with responses. His staff was first-rate and helped us through a situation in which we couldn’t electronically sign documents because we were in a country that blocked such websites from the United States. Richard was confident, calm, and encouraging throughout the process, and when one lender changed its rules midstream, he quickly found an alternative. In the end, we got a surprisingly good rate and a smooth closing. I highly recommend his services to everyone.

I worked with Steven Weiss at GaurdHill and really loved working with him. He was there every step of the way to answer questions and was super quick to respond. I loved this as this could have been a really stressful and confusing process but Steven made it feel simple and seamless, there was always a personal touch. I am happy in my new home largely in part of the help Steven provided.

Wendy Huang was fantastic to work with. My clients are mostly from overseas, at the beginning they are completely unfamiliar with the mortgage process and requirements in the States. Wendy's friendly demeanor and patience always put them at ease.
