My wife and I just closed on our first home and I cannot imagine a better experience. I shopped around for mortgages and brokers for over a year during our search. Ultimately, I decided to try Sean due to the rave positive reviews on yelp and google. He deserves every one. This was as close to a concierge experience as it gets. He is knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and most importantly he really cares about his clients. I was nervous about this process so I was probably a bit of a handful. Sean was available and willing to "talk me off the ledge" almost every day during the process. He made it easy. He also follows market trends and gave me sound advice as to when to lock in the interest rate. I couldn't find a better rate with anyone else. I will definitely use him again and refer my friends. Highest recommendations.

It was a real pleasure to work with Sean and Ava for both my original mortgage as well as refinancing. They always went the extra mile, answered all my questions IN NO TIME and were ready to help. They walked me through the whole process, as i was a first time buyer, explained every single detail to make sure i understood what the best option in each step was. Thank you guys!

I am a first-time buyer and I chose Sean because of his stellar reviews. He did not disappoint. He was patient, reachable by phone and email, and very clear in his explanations. He also went to bat for me whenever we encountered an obstacle. Finally, I was buying a 1BR co-op in the Bronx, so it would have been easy for a person in his position to put me on the back-burner, given that his commission from banks is a % of the loan. But I never felt like anything but a high priority. I highly recommend him.
