First Presbyterian Church of Brooklyn is an intentionally inclusive and diverse Christian community committed to serving God in our world.
Come by First Presbyterian to check us out! We welcome all visitors and invite you to become part of our community. Every Sunday morning we have worship at 11:00am (10:00am in July and August). There are many other activities, you are welcome to visit and you are invited to participate!
We are located at 124 Henry Street in Brooklyn Heights. There are many ways to get to First Presbyterian Church. We recommend public transit, walking, or bicycling. You can drive, though parking in the neighborhood is a challenge.
By public transit: Take the 2 or 3 subway to Clark Street Station, the A or C to the High Street Station, the R to the Court Street Station, or the 4 or 5 to Borough Hall. By bus there are many choices: including the 103, 25, 26, 38, 41, and 52 lines. Consult the Trip Planner on the MTA website for your best option. Better yet, get an app for all your New York City transit needs.
By car: From Manhattan, take the Brooklyn Bridge to the first exit on the Brooklyn side (Cadman Plaza West). Stay left as the exit splits. Go through one light and take a left at the next intersection onto Henry Street. The Church is on the right just past Clark Street.
From the Brooklyn Queens Expressway: Take the Cadman Plaza West Exit, turn East onto Cadman Plaza West, then South onto Henry Street.
Parking: Parking in the neighborhood is challenging. Public transit is recommended. Parking is NOT permitted on Henry Street in front of the church. Parking on Clark Street is recommended. Cadman Plaza Garage at 75 Henry Street is a public parking garage one block away from the church.
