Five Guys

I'll be going to the Mountain View location from now on as they are much more consistent. The last few times I've been here, I've ordered pickup in the app well ahead of time. The app is sophisticated enough to know your location, and you tell it when you are on the way so that they can time the cooking of your food. Of course when you arrive, they then add fresh fries to your order, so it's not quite instant for me pickup but close enough. At least at every location I've been to in the area. For some reason this isn't how it works at Sunnyvale. Every time I've been recently, they are almost surprised to see me, then they tell me there will be a short wait. When we went there yesterday it ended up being a 25 minute wait this is after we set off to drive there 25 minutes earlier as well. So 50 minutes to get a few burgers and fries. It was quiet when we got there, and when we left there were numerous frustrated looking people looking at their watches. The food is good but the service is awful and really needs looking at by whomever owns the location. I'll be avoiding.

Five Guys food is really good. I just think that the female manager should be taught the words humility and consideration. Overheard a delivery guy picking up a customer’s order asking if he could use the restroom quick. The manager outright and high-handedly refused the guy’s request since restrooms are for customer’s use only. What a BS of a policy.

We have always loved coming to Five Guys. It is our staple go-to when we want to have a lazy weekend brunch without spending an arm and a leg for a decent burger ! It gets more interesting to me while I get immersed in shelling the peanuts while the better half goes about gathering all the sauces and drinks. Then we catch up on the stuff we missed out during the week, while munching the peanuts and we wait for our order# to be called. Once our order is served, we almost immediately go into silent mode enjoying the crispy fries and the most amazing burger that one can get at such a low price. We have never left dissatisfied from this place! And we will be back for more, very very soon!

The burgers are pretty good but a little bit sloppy if you get them all they way. Tons of fries . 3 cheese burgers 3 drinks and two regular fries were 60 buck!!!!Food: 4/5

Wow! This is the closest you can get to a homemade burger. So delicious, juice, clean taste. Why haven't I eaten here before now?? Fries are like Wing Stops without the seasoning and are just as good. Thank you 5 Guys!Delivery: Yes

It’s too expensive for just a burger. We payed over $40 for just 3 of us. They make a mess with fries too. Well, it’s not too bad, but I like The Habit better.
