Been here just now. Waited 35 MINUTES to get a cheeseburger, which I was eventually served COLD. Worst 5 guys experience ever.
Food were warm not hot, expect 20-30mins waiting time, they ignored my preorder for 2 times.
Customer service skills are non existing. Talking like no customers were present and then look at how they packed my food. You can't even see what's in the bag. Very poor management skills. Highly disappointed
I stayed at a hotel around the corner so I stopped by here to grab lunch and it was so good. It didn’t take too long to prepare and they hooked it up. I got extra fries in my bag and an extra patty.
Great customer service. Fast cooking!
There are two floors. Very clean. Unlimited peanuts. I couldn't find the lock code for bathroom on my receipt, so I couldn't use it.
